A blend of Caturra, Castillo and Colombia Arabica coffee beans processed using the washed method with extended fermentation. Thanks to the extended fermentation, the coffee is complex and rich in flavor. With medium roasting, we have preserved the floral aroma and intense notes of candied citrus.
The coffee received an SCA score of 86.
It was grown at an altitude of 1750 -1820 m.a.s.l..
The beans are processed using the washed method with extended fermentation.
We roasted it with Full City / Breakfast roast.
